In a historic moment, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Bangladesh counterpart Sheikh Hasina jointly inaugurated three India assisted development projects via video conferencing including Agartala-Akhaura rail link. Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha has also joined the programme through video conferencing in the virtual inauguration of Agartala-Akhaura rail link from Civil Secretariat, Agartala on November 1st.
