India played a nearly one-sided game with opener Shubman Gill (47) and Sharma adding 105 runs in the opening stand.
Faheem Ashraf dismissed Gill to give Pakistan the first breakthrough in the clash, followed by Haris Rauf's spell, where he dismissed skipper Suryakumar Yadav (0).
Chasing Pakistan's 171 runs for the loss of five wickets, India reached 174 runs by losing four wickets, beating the arch-rivals for the second time in the tournament that aims for Asian supremacy.
Tilak Varma (30*) and Hardik Pandya (7*) reached the winning target.
Sanju Samson contributed 30 runs.
Earlier, Yadav won the toss and opted to bowl first.
Riding on Sahibzada Farhan's 58, Pakistan posted 171 runs for the loss of five wickets.
Shivam Dube shone with the ball and picked up two wickets for India.
