Dr Saha stated that the state government will spend an additional Rs 125 crore for this purpose.
He said that the decision is expected to benefit thousands of government employees and retired personnel across Tripura.
Later, Dr. Saha said, “This government is employee-friendly. We aim to support not only employees but everyone. Earlier, after I took office, a 29% hike was given, and today we have announced an additional 3%. Despite financial constraints, we have declared this increase.
