Chishty Foundation from Ajmer Sharif to participate in COP28 Global Summit
Chishty Foundation from Ajmer Sharif will participate in the COP28 Global Summit which will be held in Dubai city later this year, media reports said.
Recently, the Chishty Foundation Chairman Haji Syed Salman Chishty was in UAE’s Abu Dhabi. During his visit, he held a meeting with the UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan in Abu Dhabi, ANI reported.
Haji Syed Salman Chishty also held a meeting with the Director General of the UAE Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence Afra Mohammed Al Sabri along with senior officials at the Ministry of Tolerance.
According to a press release issued by the Chishty Foundation, Dubai Convergence initiative is led by Unity Earth partnership with global faith-based organisations and Surender Singh Kandhari, Chairman, and Bubbles Kandhari, Vice Chairperson of Guru Nanak Darbar Gurudwara Dubai, Ben Bowler, Executive Director of Unity Earth Australia; Audrey Kitagawa, President of the International Academy for Multicultural Cooperation, US; and Jeff Ostler, Special Advisor to the Church of The Latter-Day Saints, UAE with other social and environmental organisations from around the world, the news agency reported.
The COP28 Global Summit is set to begin on November 28 and will bring together a gathering of distinguished individuals.
COP 28 will take place from November 30 to December 12.
