Delhi man finds live centipede in food served by IRCTC, his X post is now viral
A Delhi man was left shocked after he found a 'live centipede' in the food served to him at IRCTC's VIP Executive Lounge.
Sharing the image of the raita served to him, the netizen named Aaraynsh Singh wrote on X: "Yes, for sure, Indian Railway food quality has improved, now they are serving raita with more protein."
He shared an image of the food with a centipede in it.
"This incident happened in one of the IRCTC VIP Executive Lounges, so you can imagine the quality in regular trains or pantry cars.," he said.
The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) responded after his post went viral and promised to investigate the incident.
" Sir, inconvenience regretted.Kindly share receipt/booking details, station name along with mobile no for immediate action.," the railway catering body said.
Singh earlier expressed his anguish over people reacting to his message but did not stop themselves from eating the same food served by IRCTC.
