Kangana on Sunday visited the flood-hit areas where the Mandi MP claimed she was helpless in providing relief to the areas in the Congress-ruled state.

इस प्राकृतिक त्रासदी के बारे आदरणीय… pic.twitter.com/HNj33SYtCG
Speaking to ANI, the 39-year-old said, "Whether it's disaster relief or disaster itself, I do not have any cabinet... I have two brothers who are always with me and they are my cabinet (laughs). In my scope of work, I can only bring my own relief funds from the Centre. Neither I have funds for disaster relief nor a cabinet nor authority.
"An MP has limited work restricted to Parliament. I reach out to people with empathy but people responsible (for the relief) shy away from taking responsibility. If any relief fund is allocated, it will come to the state government, not to me."
The Congress, which runs the government under Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, has called Kangana's remark "insensitive".
In its official handle, the Congress posted the ANI video and said, "Mandi's MP Kangana arrived there after several days and, laughing, said- 'What can I do, I don't have a cabinet position'. Please show some sensitivity, Kangana ji."
