Kriti Sanon buys Rs. 78 crore sea-facing duplex penthouse in Mumbai: Reports
Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon, who has established herself as an A-lister in the Hindi film circuit, has bought Rs. 78-crore sea-facing duplex penthouse in Mumbai, media reports said.
According to a report by Economic Times, Kriti bought the penthouse jointly with her mother in Mumbai's Pali Hill area.
Covering 6,636 sq.ft. area, the luxury residence, which is one of the costliest properties in the city's suburbs, is spread across the 14th and 15th floors with an additional open terrace of Rs, 1,209 sq.ft on the top floor.
Kriti also has an exclusive right to the terrace that offers a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea.
The national award winning actress has paid Rs. 3.91 crore in stamp duty and over Rs. 84.16 crore including GST and other charges for the luxury residence, CNN News 18 reported.
In 2023, Kriti had bought a 2,000 sq.ft. plot in Alibaug, a location which is rapidly becoming the favourite spot of B-Town stars.
Last year, the 'Mimi' actress reportedly bought a 4-BHK apartment in Mumbai's Bandra, which is the home to superstars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt et al.
On the work front, Kriti, who has come a long way since her debut Hindi film Heropanti in 2014, has wrapped up her shooting for Tere Ishk Mein, an Aanand L. Rai directorial film co-starring Dhanush in the lead.
Last year, the 35-year-old ventured into producing films with Do Patti, co-starring Kajol, and the film released on Netflix.
Kriti played a double role for the first time in her career in Do Patti.
Besides acting and producing films, she has ventured into the skincare industry launching her own brand Hyphen.
