Cyclists felicitate Shyamtaru and his father after completing Agartala–Delhi cycling ride
The members of Agartala Cycloholics Foundation organized a heartwarming felicitation ceremony on Sunday to honour Shyamtaru and his father Utpal Babu, who also a member of the group, successfully completed an incredible cycling journey all the way from Agartala to Delhi — a remarkable achievement accomplished without any prior training or professional preparation.
During the felicitation ceremony, mother of Shyamtaru was also present, making the moment even more emotional and memorable. Everyone gathered together for group photographs, laughter, and heartfelt congratulations, turning the morning into a celebration of love, effort, and togetherness.
A special mention goes to Utpal Babu, whose determination and endurance inspired everyone — riding across thousands of kilometers without prior practice proved that true passion knows no limits.
Mr. Nidar ji delivered a touching speech highlighting the spirit, patience, and courage of both father and son, adding emotional depth and warmth to the event. His words left everyone inspired.
Overall, the day’s program was a blend of joy, emotion, and unity. The Agartala Cycloholics Foundation once again demonstrated that cycling is not just about distance — it’s about dedication, community, and heart.
