Four more Bangladeshi, 2 Indian apprehends by BSF
Again on Saturday 3 more Bangladesh nationals were apprehended by BSF troops of Lankamura Border Outpost (BOP) under West Tripura district while they were trying to infiltrate in Indian territory by negotiating the Border fence. Apprehended Bangladeshi national are residents of Sunamganj and Habiganj district of Bangladesh.
In separate operations BSF troops apprehended 1 Bangladeshi and 1 Indian national from North Tripura district. A BSF statement stated this here on Saturday.
In addition in joint operation with Police BSF troops of BOP Salpokhar under Sepahijala district carried out search operation in Barkhola village and recovered huge quantities of Ganja and liquor from a house. House owner also arrested and Border Guards through their statement said that BSF is maintaining a high level of alertness on the international border to prevent infiltration and trans border crime.
