Govt-Community relations strengthened through 'Mukhyamantri Samipeshu'

Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha on Wednesday said that the present government is always striving for the overall welfare of the people.

The Mukhyamantri Samipeshu' program, aimed at fostering good relations between the government and the people, persists in addressing various issues faced by the public.

In the 25th session of the 'Mukhyamantri Samipeshu' program, Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha addressed the problems, shortages, and complaints of people from different parts of the state at the official residence.

Many individuals sought medical assistance, and after reviewing their documents, the Chief Minister promptly instructed relevant officials to take necessary actions.

Apart from medical issues, the Chief Minister provided instructions to resolve problems raised by participants in the program.

Mithun Banik from Santchand of Manubazar sought financial assistance for his 7-year-old son suffering from thalassemia and hepatitis.  Dr. Saha directed GB Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr. Shankar Chakraborty to take immediate measures after reviewing the medical documents.

Akash Debbarma from Mandwai in West Tripura district approached Dr. Saha with his father's medical plea regarding spinal problems. Due to the non-renewal of their Ayushman card, they faced difficulties in getting treatment. Dr. Saha reviewed the medical documents and Ayushman card, directing Health Secretary Dr. Sandeep R Rathore to renew the Ayushman card promptly. Furthermore, the Chief Minister instructed Dr. Shankar Chakraborty to provide additional medical assistance to Akash Debbarma's father.

Other participants like Nachiketa Nag of Bishalgarh, Purna Debnath of Hapania, Rupen Shiv of Baradowali, Mithun Dhar of Badharghat, Swapan Chakraborty of Kanthaltali were also assured of medical assistance during the Mukhyamantri Samipeshu program. Present at the event were Chief Minister's secretary Dr. Pradeep Kumar Chakraborty, Health Secretary Dr. Sandeep R. Rathore, Social Welfare and Social Education Department Secretary Tapas Roy, GB Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr. Shankar Chakraborty, and Cancer Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr. S. Debbarma.
