IG-BSF Tripura calls on Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha

The Inspector General (IG) of Border Security Force (BSF), Tripura Frontier, Aloke Kumar Chakraborty, called on the Chief Minister of Tripura, Dr Manik Saha, at the Chief Minister’s residence on Thursday.
During the meeting, the IG BSF briefed the Chief Minister on the prevailing security and operational scenario along the Indo-Bangladesh international border in Tripura. The discussion also covered various aspects of border management.
BSF through a press statement said that the meeting reaffirmed the mutual commitment of BSF and the government of Tripura to work together for maintaining peace, security, and development in the border areas.
