Indian Army engages with youth at TIT through career awareness lecture
In continuation of its outreach under Military-Civil fusion & to empower and inspire youth, Agartala Military Station conducted a Career Awareness Lecture at the Tripura Institute of Technology (TIT), Agartala, on Wednesday. The event saw active participation from around 100 college students and over 50 NCC cadets, reflecting a strong interest in the opportunities and values that come with a career in the Indian Army.
During the session, officers of Agartala Military Station delivered an informative presentation on multiple entry schemes such as NDA, CDS, Technical Entry Scheme, NCC Special Entry and Agnipath Scheme.
The officers encouraged students to view the Indian Army as not only a career path but also a platform where their technical knowledge and innovations can directly contribute to national security and development.
The gathering was also briefed on Operation Sindoor, a recent joint military operation that underlines India’s capability in integrated warfare and modern defence.
Many participants expressed keen interest in contributing to the nation through the Army’s various entry schemes and technical opportunities.
The faculty and administration of Tripura Institute of Technology lauded the effort, noting that the exposure was invaluable for young technocrats and cadets who aspire to serve the nation in meaningful ways.
