Justice Arindam Lodh appointed as new chairman of THRC
Recently retired, former judge of High Court of Tripura, Justice Arindam Lodh has been appointed as the new Chairperson of the Tripura Human Rights Commission (THRC)by replacing outgoing chairperson, retired Justice Swapan Chandra Das.
On last Tuesday Governor of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu has issued the appointment order. Justice Arindam Lodh, who retired from his services on March 25th of this year, will continue in the position for next three years as chairperson of THRC . His appointment will be effective from the date he assumes office.
