Two cars, one bike motorbike crash each other at flyover, one injured
In a fatal road accident, one motorbike rider narrowly escaped, when two cars crashed with each other coming down from Agartala’s lone flyover on Wednesday afternoon.
Police sources said that at the end of the flyover near Umakanta Academy, two cars came down through the flyover towards the main city and simultaneously, one motorbike rider was also coming down through the flyover. But, when these cars came near the end point of the flyover, one car crushed another car from its back and also compressed the motorbike in the middle of both cars.
As a result, one unidentified bike rider suffered injuries and he was immediately shifted to IGM Hospital by firefighters.
Later, police and traffic personnel rushed to the spot and eased the traffic congestion created in the flyover due to the accident.
