WAVES: Road show on ‘Create In India Challenge’ to be held at Agartala on Nov 27
With the objective of making promotion and awareness over the World Audio Visual & Entertainment Summit (WAVES) to be held in New Delhi in February 2025, Road shows for ‘Create in India Challenge” are being organized all over the country. As part of this, a Road show program, titled ‘Meet and Greet’- Create in India Challenge is going to be held at Sukanta Academy, Agartala on November 27.
The Road show program is being organized by the Press Information Bureau, Agartala in association with the Department of Information & Cultural Affairs, Government of Tripura, Tripura Institute of Films & Television and Tripura University. In the program, participants from different colleges, University and young creators would have an opportunity to register online and participate in various challenges in the new vistas under the audio-visual and entertainment arena. The exciting array of challenges is designed to celebrate creativity, innovation, and the spirit of artistic expression, by showcasing one’s talents on a distinguished platform.
These categories of creative challenges are in practice in sectors spanning animation, gaming, e-sports, comics, short film, filmmaking, Reel making, Film Poster making, Community radio slot, Music, Band , exploring life with Drone and more.
The Government of India is gearing up to host the inaugural World Audio Visual & Entertainment Summit (WAVES) during 5-9 February 2025 to bolster India's Media & Entertainment industry and extend its global influence. World Audio Visual & Entertainment Summit (WAVES) is a key forum for promoting discussions, collaboration, and innovation in the M&E industry. The event will bring together industry leaders, stakeholders and innovators to discuss prospects, challenges, promote global trade and influence the sector’s future.
