ED wants to arrest me: AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan after probe agency reaches his residence
New Delhi/IBNS: Officials of the Enforcement Directorate on Monday reached the residence of Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan's residence for a raid in connection with a money laundering case.
Amanatullah is an accused in the money laundering case related to the Delhi Waqf Board and lease of its properties.
In an X post, Amanatullah claimed, "Just now early in the morning, at the behest of the dictator, his puppet ED has reached my house, the dictator is leaving no stone unturned in harassing me and AAP leaders. Is it a crime to serve the people honestly? How long will this dictatorship last?"

In another video posted by Amanatullah, the AAP MLA is seen having an altercation with a man- supposedly ED officer- who was standing outside the locked gate.
Amanatullah claimed the ED officers reached his residence to arrest him.
In the video, an elderly woman is seen lying on the bed while Amanatullah was having a confrontation with the ED official.
A woman in the background was heard telling the ED official, "She has cancer and she has been operated upon. I will take you to court if anything happens to my mother. She can't even stand."

Posting the same video on his X handle, AAP leader Sanjay Singh slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party writing, "Look at the cruelty of ED @KhanAmanatullah first he joined the ED investigation, then asked for time for further time, his mother in law has cancer, she has undergone an operation, they reached the house early in the morning to raid. There is no evidence against @KhanAmanatullah but both Modi's dictatorship and ED's hooliganism continue."
