First look poster of Bengali film Mukhoshe Manushe Khela - Dark Mind Games unveiled
Kolkata: The first look poster of director Orpheus Mukhoty's upcoming Bengali feature film Mukhoshe Manushe Khela - Dark Mind Games was unveiled recently.
Starring Joydip Chakraborty, Priyanka Sarkar, and Subrata Dutta in pivotal roles, Mukhoshe Manusher Khela revolves around the life of businessman Joy Sanyal (portrayed by Joydip Chakraborty), who becomes entangled in a web of murder conspiracies spun by his rivals.
As mysterious deaths occur, Joy is forced to confront the dark secrets of his seemingly perfect world. Priyanka Sarkar plays Nandini, a mysterious corporate associate, while Subrata Dutta essays the role of investigator Manik Sen. Real-life cop ACP Aloke Sanyal will also appear in the film as himself.
Actor and writer of Mukhoshe Manushe Khela, Joydip Chakraborty, who hails from Abu Dhabi and boasts extensive experience in theater and short films, expressed his excitement about his feature film debut.
"Bringing Mukhoshe Manushe Khela to life has been an exhilarating journey. We can't wait to share this unique corporate thriller with audiences worldwide," he shared.
Director Orpheus Mukhoty (known for Ei Shohore, Boli, Akashee Pullover, and Adhara) remarked, "This film marks a groundbreaking venture into the corporate thriller genre, offering suspense and intrigue from start to finish."
Produced by Sabitri Productions from the UAE, Mukhoshe Manusher Khela - Dark Mind Games recently completed filming in Kolkata.
The film’s cinematography is by Sourav Dey, with music composed by Kaushik Ghosh. Abhijit Barman, aka ‘Pota’(of Cactus fame), has lent his voice to the title track of the film.
The film is set for a theatrical release in February 2025 in Kolkata and the UAE
