Hombale Films releases new poster of Kantara: Chapter 1, featuring Rishab in an aggressive avatar
Hombale Films on Monday revealed the new poster of the upcoming period drama Kantara: Chapter 1, featuring actor-director Rishab Shetty taking a fearless and aggressive stance.
The poster shows Rishab in a fierce avatar.
The poster was released to mark the 42nd birthday of Rishab.
Sharing the poster, Hombale Films wrote on X: "Where legends are born and the roar of the wild echoes…#Kantara – A prequel to the masterpiece that moved millions."

The makers announced the movie will hit the silverscreen on October 2 on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.
The movie is a prequel to 2022’s National Award-winning Kantara.
The film stars Rishab Shetty and Jayaram in the lead roles.
Filming for the movie began in November 2023.
The first look and teaser was released on 27 November 2023.
Rishab Shetty plays the role of a Naga Sadhu with superhuman powers.
