Netflix series Virgin River wraps up shooting for Season 7
Victoria (British Columbia)/IBNS: The shooting for the seventh season of popular Netflix web series Virgin River was wrapped up recently, the actors updated their followers on social media.
Actor Benjamin Hollingsworth, who plays a significant character of Brady in the show, shared a picture with his colleagues as the actors finished their schedule.
Benjamin shared a joint Instagram post with South Africa born actor Kandyse M and wrote, "First day of Summer and Last day of Filming Season 7 of Virgin River."
Actress Zibby Allen, who plays an advocate and Benjamin's love interest in the show, also dropped a set of pictures featuring lead actors Alexandra Breckenridge and Martin Henderson, who was shown getting hitched in the sixth season released last year, on her Instagram handle."VRS7 wrapped. Filmed in British Columbia, Canada, the first season of the series- which is shown to be set in the United States, premiered on December 6, 2019.
The story begins with Mel (Alexandra Breckenridge), who is a nurse practitioner and a midwife, leaving the city and moving to the remote Northern California town of Virgin River to work for a clinic in a bid to recover from the grief of her husband's untimely death.
Mel, who falls in love with Jack (Martin Henderson) who owns a pub in the small town, discovers the not-so simple living in the town as she had expected.
Apart from running a pub, Jack is shown as a former U.S. Marine who suffers from PTSD or post-traumatic stress disorder.
