Tamil actor Abhinay dies at 44 after battling liver ailment
Tamil actor Abhinay died in Chennai on Monday after undergoing treatment for a liver ailment for the past several months.
He was 44.

He reportedly died at his rented residence in Chennai.

The condition of his deteriorating health came to be known recently when he urged people to financially assist him to carry out his treatment.
“I do not know if I will be around for longer," he had said, reported The News Minute.
The Tamil actors’ association Nadigar Sangam is reportedly making arrangements for the funeral as the actor does not have any relatives, the newspaper reported.
He was living in his rented home for several years after his mother passed away in 2019.
The actor had gained prominence after his performance in Kasthuri Raja’s 2002 coming-of-age hit Thulluvadho Ilamai.
In his career, he appeared in other movies like Jjunction (2002), Singara Chennai (2004) and Pon Megalai (2005).
