'To my friend who has always taken chances...': Shah Rukh Khan cheers Anupam Kher over Tanvi The Great
Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has cheered his "friend" and colleague Anupam Kher over upcoming film Tanvi The Great which also marks the latter's return as director.
Reviewing the trailer on his X handle, SRK, who worked with Kher in a number of films, wrote, "To my friend @AnupamPKher who has always taken chances… whether it’s acting, filmmaking or life!! The trailer of #TanviTheGreat is looking awesome. All the best on this journey!!"

An upcoming Hindi-language drama film, Tanvi The Great features a stellar cast, including Anupam Kher, Shubhangi Dutt, Boman Irani, Jackie Shroff, Arvind Swami, and Karan Tacker.
The film is centered on Tanvi Raina, a brilliant autistic girl who defies odds to pursue her late father's dream of joining the Indian Army. Tanvi is played by debutante Shubhangi.
Notably, Game of Thrones actor Iain Glen makes his Bollywood debut in this project.
The film, which is Kher's second directorial film, was screened at the Cannes Film Festival 2025 on May 17.
