Snatched in seconds! Young man disappears in Balochistan—Pro-government armed groups suspected
A young man has allegedly been abducted from Panjgur district in Balochistan, Pakistan, according to media reports, raising fresh concerns over the rising activities of suspected pro-government armed groups in the region.
Sources told The Balochistan Post that the individual, identified as Abdullah, son of Abdul Wahid, was taken into custody from the Isa area of Panjgur a day earlier.
An eyewitness reported that unidentified men abducted him and transported him to an undisclosed location.
Local sources further alleged that those involved in the abduction were linked to a government-backed armed group, often referred to in the region as a “death squad.”
Such incidents have been reported repeatedly in Balochistan over the past few years, fueling concerns about security and human rights in the area.
Abdullah’s whereabouts remain unknown, and no further details have been made available so far.
