New Delhi/IBNS: A flier of airline IndiGo has slapped the aircraft pilot who was making an announcement of delay, a video which went viral on social media shows.

In the video, a flier in a yellow hoodie is seen coming from behind and slapping the pilot while the latter was making the announcement on the Delhi-Goa bound flight, which was delayed for hours on Sunday due to dense fog.

The passenger, who has been identified as Sahil Kataria, shouted at the pilot and air hostess, "Fly the plane or open the gate."

A passenger punched an Indigo capt in the aircraft as he was making delay announcement. The guy ran up from the last row and punched the new Capt who replaced the previous crew who crossed FDTL. Unbelievable ! @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI pic.twitter.com/SkdlpWbaDd
