CM attends 'tiffin meeting': Common people hails PM Modi’s initiative for development

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Monday evening attended a 'tiffin meeting' organized by the Town Bordowali Center at Netaji School in the capital city. The purpose of the meeting was to convey Prime Minister Narendra Modi's message to the public regarding the concept of "Jan Sampark".

During his address, the Chief Minister highlighted the unprecedented changes that have taken place in the country and the state during the nine years of the Bharatiya Janata Party government led by Prime Minister Modi. He emphasized that every citizen of India has witnessed the long-term activities of Modi Ji and has benefited in some way from his government's initiatives.

The tiffin meeting served as a platform for the Chief Minister to communicate the Prime Minister's message to the public regarding the idea of Jan Sampark. The attendees, who were common people, expressed their appreciation for various development initiatives in Tripura under Prime Minister Modi's leadership.

The participants specifically lauded initiatives such as the abrogation of Section 370, the Atal Pension Yojana, the introduction of the Agartala Smart City Project, and measures taken for the protection of women.

They also praised the efforts made to connect Tripura with rail connectivity, provide vaccines during the Covid-19 pandemic, implement the Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, host the G-20 summit, promote self-reliance in India, empower women, and construct toilets.

The tiffin meeting served as an opportunity to discuss these initiatives and acknowledge their positive impact on the state and its residents. The Chief Minister expressed his gratitude to the Town Bordowali Center for organizing the meeting and facilitating the communication of the Prime Minister's message to the public.
