Rozgar Mela, 2311 postings, 225 offers given, Govt working round the clock become a self-reliant state, CM

He also said that only giving government jobs, the major unemployment problems cannot be solved and the government is focussing on job creation to give employment opportunities to more and more of the state.

Agartala: In order to make Tripura a self-reliant state of the country, the present government is working round the clock   to ensure jobs for all, said Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha.

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha while inaugurating the Rojgar Mela and West Tripura District Skill and Loan Mela at Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhavan in Agartala on Monday organised by the Department of Education (School) in collaboration with other departments including private agencies said that they have to work to install a sense of nationalism that the country comes first and their appointment is meant for the country’s services.

The Prime Minister sets an example of giving an appointment of 71 lakh that also inspires the state government to organise such a fair, said Chief Minister. Altogether 3436 persons have been appointed in various offices with 2311 postings and 225 offers of appointment have been made, and 1110 more posts are to be recruited shortly. The JRBT result is all set to be published soon. The Chief Minister was vocal against the faulty works of the previous government.

Congratulating today's appointment and offer of job recipients, Chief Minister Dr Saha also said that the BJP-led government under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is dedicatedly working to attain its target of becoming the most pro-people government of the country. The government's team has been working non-stop since 2018 March onwards to reduce the number of unemployment left by the previous Left-Front government. Employment in every house is the target of the government and the start-up and entrepreneurship endeavours are given priority by encouraging the private-sector investment.

During the event Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath, Industry & Commerce Minister Santana Chakma, Labour Minister Bhagaban Chandra Das, Chief Secretary J K Sinha, DGP  Amitava Ranjan, Secretary (Education & Home) Saradindu Chaudhuri and Special Secretary (Industry & Commerce) were also present and spoke at the occasion. Saradindu Chaudhury, Secretary (Education) welcomed the guests and thanked everyone and other stakeholders for making the Rozgar Mela and West Tripura District  Skill and Loan Mela a grand success.
