A Vacation Bench of Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain continued the stay and posted the matter for further hearing by a regular bench after the vacation when it will meet on July 10.
According to reports, the high court accepted the Enforcement Directorate's plea seeking suspension of the Chief Minister's bail order from the lower court.
Following the court's direction, the Chief Minister will currently stay in prison.
The Supreme Court may take up Kejriwal’s plea on Wednesday which he had filed earlier challenging the High Court’s June 21 decision to stay his bail.
